A Virtual 45 minute mental cool-down from pregnancy. In this gathering we focus on the simplicity of centering, meditation, and listening to our bodies and developing baby. 15 minutes of breathing, 30 minutes of Loving-Kindness Practice, and off we go back to the hustle and bustle of our multi-faceted lives. Each virtual class will touch on parenting & pregnancy or labor preparedness concepts.
Kristin Sasser is a clinical counselor and educator in New York City serving individuals, couples, and groups. I provide an educational and counseling environment for individuals focused on an array of emotional subjects and diagnoses. In addition to this general support, I also sub specialize in maternal and family health.
